In the lush wood-panelled and glam fringed environs of Fringe Hub Common Rooms, under the light of a spinning mirror ball, 30 exceptional Monash School of Music and Performance artistes, collaborating with some of Melbourne’s most acclaimed creators, immerse the audience in a club of the human heart for 60 minutes of art-everywhere-action. Big and wild, delicate and tender, heart-breaking and hot as hell love songs, dance, drums, art, rap, and more. Love is all around.
All original works, created by the students themselves and alchemised by some of Melbourne’s finest and wildest creators. Director Queen Provocateur and ‘national treasure’ (The Age) Moira Finucane, goddess of dark butoh Yumi Umiumare, celebrated dancer & choreographer Paul Cordeiro, multi-awarded sound designer Ben Keene.
