Pink Afternoon Tea

This National Breast Cancer Awareness month, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will be putting on a Pink-Afternoon Tea in The Bar and The Place.

With $5 for every Pink-Afternoon Tea purchased throughout the month of October, you are invited to come and dine in the light-filled atrium, nestled in the historic General Post Office Building.

Enjoy pink-inspired sweet treats, including a tangy verrine with pink lemonade jelly and lemon mousse. A tasty tart with raspberry financier, compote and lychee mousse. Plus, a pink choux with grapefruit curd and jasmine mousse.

For those with a more savoury palate, you can enjoy our crustacean slider featuring local lobster, tamagoyaki with truffle spiced egg and pickled cucumber, and beetroot ravioli with smoked salmon tartare, cashew cheese and toasted pistachio.

An afternoon tea isn’t complete without classic and raisin scones, served with clotted cream and house-made strawberry oolong jam.
