Perth Folk and Roots Club is back at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club on Sunday 26th May 2024 for a show with free music entertainment with the support of the City of Stirling and Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club. Perth Folk and Roots Club is also working with Act Belong Commit in recognition of music’s contribution to mental wellbeing. The performances are from 5pm to 8pm at the Inglewood Bowling and Sports Club, 1 Stancliffe Street, Mount Lawley. For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has Fiona Heath and The Snake Charmers. Fiona Heath is originally from New Zealand. She brings expressive performance of original songs featuring acoustic music with jazz and soul influences. The Snake Charmers are a Midland and Maylands based rock and roll band that play a range of choice covers with musical influences including Warren Zevon, Tom Waites, Velvet Underground, Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave.
