Paris After Dark - An Immersive 1920's Dining Experience

Dolly is proud to host "Paris After Dark," a journey back in time to the glamorous dining scene of 1920’s Paris. Situated at the Paris-end of Bourke Street, Le Méridien Melbourne’s signature subterranean diner is offering an old-world, high society dinner experience that captures the charm and elegance of the ‘City of Light’ during its golden age.

Held every Friday and Saturday night throughout August, Paris After Dark will see Dolly transformed into a lavish Parisian bistro from a bygone era, with a five-course menu by Bordeaux-born Executive Chef, Herve Borghini. There will also be a lavish opening night event on Thursday, 1 August 2024.
