You are invited to be a Hero for HeartKids and lead the fight against childhood-onset heart disease. On Friday 3rd May 2024, in Western Australia we are launching our Hero for HeartKids campaign and we would like you to be part of this special event.

We’re encouraging 50 brave and courageous people to join real life superheroes, Dr Stephen Shipton, Mr David Andrews, and Dr John Artrip, zipline from the Matagarup Bridge to raise funds for HeartKids.

The event will be hosted by HeartKids Ambassador and Nova morning announcer, Ross Wallman.  Your participation includes signature burgers and cold drinks kindly donated by Rapid Relief Team, and a round of mini golf at the brand new Matagarup Mini Golf donated by Matagarup Zip+Climb.

Bring your family, friends, picnic rug or chairs and enjoy face painting and photo opportunities with Perth Allied Costumers.
Participant Requirements
Min height 122cm | weight 30kg | 8 years of age

Children 8 to 15 years must be booked with one adult (max 2 children per adult)
Max height 220cm | weight 120kg | age 70 (70 to 74 with medical approval)

Must be able to climb 45-degree angles
Must be able to climb 150 steps
Must be able to maneuver body under low beams.

10:00am : Participant and guest arrival, face painting and Perth Allied Costumers

10:30am : Welcome and speeches

11:00am : Group 1 zip+climb

11:30am : Group 2 zip+climb

11:30am to 1:30pm : Rapid Relief Team signature burgers and cold drinks service commences
