This hands-on experience will see you crafting Luna Lu's signature dumplings from scratch, under expert guidance with a glass of bubbles on arrival and views of the Sydney Opera House.
You'll learn the authentic techniques for forming dumpling dough with natural colourings (Luna Lu are committed to no artificial additives or flavourings), and how to shape and fill them with an array of delectable stuffings from seafood to duck and vegetarian options.
