Jan Preston's Boogie Circus

Jan Preston’s Boogie Circus is a knockout swing boogie trio featuring Jan preston, singer and pianist extraordinaire, who has captured audiences around the world with her energy, sparkling charm and wit. The show is a toe-tapping presentation of boogie classics such as “The Honky Tonk Train Blues”, “Down the Road Apiece”, some ragtime from Winifred Atwell as well as Jan’s original songs in the traditional piano boogie style. She will be joined by talented double bassist, Alex Askew, and Mike Pullman, Jan’s husband, on drums.

Winner of 5 music awards, Jan plays concerts and festivals throughout Australia, NZ, and Europe, writes music for film, and has composed music for many ABC TV programs including the theme to “Australian Story.”

Recently Jan’s piano instrumental “Trout Blues” has become the title music to BBC Radio London’s Evening Show.
