Garum presents Fuoco! A unique dinner, fuelled by fire, warming our souls in the thick of winter. Rustic and full-bodied Roman Italian flavours will be curated by both Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo with wine meticulously matched by their great friends at Voyager Estate.

Enjoy assaggini and mulled wine by the open fire and then sit down to a four-course feast whilst watching the theatrics of both Guy and Paolo in the kitchen.
