Create & Connect - Salsa!

Gasworks is presenting Create & Connect (C&C), a new creative proposal where to develop an artistic skill with a big group of individuals, in an outdoor environment. A fun and engaging way to bring people together, create memorable experiences, and generate a sense of community at the beautiful Gasworks Arts Park. Through C&C Gasworks will promote community building, creativity and expression, social connections, stress relief and joining, artistic expressions in public spaces, inclusivity, and diversity, and building team and spirit.

Saturday 9 November - Salsa with Eche

Session: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (60 minutes no interval)

Dance is a powerful source of vitality, providing numerous benefits that enhance overall well-being. It promotes physical fitness, improves cardiovascular health, and increases flexibility and strength. Beyond the physical benefits, dance also supports mental and emotional health by reducing stress, boosting mood, and fostering creativity and self-expression. Engaging in dance can build a sense of community and connection, contributing to social well-being as well.

Eche is a dynamic and authentic dance instructor with roots tracing back to the vibrant streets of Panama. Beyond his dance expertise, Eche is a seasoned percussionist, infusing a unique sense of rhythm into his teaching style.
