Bonsoir Flowerdale: A French Feast

Led by Flowerdale Estate’s Executive Chef, Dominic Grundy, who classically trained under Chef Patron Michel Roux Jr. at the iconic n Le Gavroche Restaurant in Mayfair, London. Le Gavroche was the first UK restaurant to achieve three Michelin stars.

Together with Sous Chef Julien Schenberg, they have crafted an incredible menu that celebrates French culinary traditions. Menu highlights include poached oysters in champagne, escargot, Sole Meunière and 48 hour Braised Beef Cheek Bourguignon with pancetta pommes and more. Exquisite French wines accompany canapés, entrée and mains.
