HeARTy Sistas - Mindful Art Group for Teenage Girls

Join us every Monday, 4-6 pm for 4 weeks starting Mon 8 June 2020.

HeARTy Sistas is a mindful art group for teenage girls. It is about creating a fun, relaxed and social space for girls to express themselves through art.

We explore mediums such as painting, collage, textiles and tie dye, and each girl will take home their own personalised tie dye t-shirt !

This is an art and wellness program. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space to casually explore wellbeing themes with the girls, including self-care, emotional awareness, ‘What lights you up?’ and ‘When do you feel most free?’

HeARTy Sistas is an exciting collaboration between Art is Alive and the popular art studio ARTPOD. The studio is a regularly cleaned and hygienic space where we adhere to Covid-related protocols.
