Organisers at Noosa Jazz Festival have developed a launching pad for unheard musicians and artists.
As one of the nation’s most recognised music events, the 22nd edition this year will see the festival take performer submissions up until April 15. Artists are encouraged to apply at www.noosajazz.com.au with their bio, links to any music or videos and their contact details.
A panel will review all submissions before selecting a number of acts to be invited to share the bill alongside the 90 performers, which are soon to be announced.
Past headliners include James Morrison, The Cat Empire and Vince Jones.
The 2013 Noosa Jazz Festival runs from Thursday August 29 to Sunday September 1.
